Augustinian cellar follows a long tradition of the monks of Augustinian Order, who were the first to establish wineyards in Šardice and thus started the tradition of wine making of variety wines.

For the lovers of mature wines we offer a variety of archive wines. Those varieties mature directly in archive cellars of Šardice residency of the Augustinian Monastery.
